Precious serves as a physical and visual representation of human vulnerability, touching on idea of those that move with a "tough" exterior while on the inside they are "soft and emotional." The same way the exterior of a building may hold a different feeling, visually and energetically, than its interior.
Precious was made for and shown in the 2024 show, Bridging the Gap. A show hosted by the UNLV Architecture Department, highlighting six fine artist among several architects and architecture students. The show took place in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Metcalf Gallery in UNLV and ran from May 1 - May 30, 2024.
