Unitary is a lifestyle brand addressing and bringing awareness to men’s mental health; specifically toxic masculinity within physical health. With fitness in mind, Unitary plays on the idea that the brain is a muscle that needs exercise as well. By providing first-hand experience and real working resources, Unitary promotes a healthier mind state, activities currently deemed less masculine, and activities outside of physical fitness such as leisure time.
These ideals have been achieved through a series of pieces acting as vessels that not only promote Unitary, but embody the brand ethos as a whole.
One of the main pieces designed for Unitary is a 20 page zine that featuring personal experience, resources and advice on our topic. Our intent is to promote both leisure activity and mindfulness, even if for short periods of time. The full zine can be read here.
